Mitchell’s Wholesale Ice Cream: Vanilla Bean

Are you craving a sweet treat this week? Mitchell’s Ice Cream has a recipe that you won’t need to spend hours making. Nothing beats vanilla ice cream–it’s delicious, easy to find and goes with a variety of flavors. If you have an extra pint of our wholesale Vanilla Bean Ice Cream in your freezer, help yourself to this quick recipe. Combined with fruit and shortbread, it’s practically a meal in iteslf. Serve it to family and friends and the Vanilla Bean pint will be gone in no time!

Berry and Ice Cream Shortcake Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Blueberries

1 Cup Raspberries

2 Tbsp Orange Juice

2 Tbsp Sugar

1 Pint Mitchell’s Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

1 Package pre-made shortbread rolls

 Instructions

Mix berries, orange juice and sugar together and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.

Heat and separate shortbread rolls.

Top rolls with a scoop (or two) of Mitchell’s Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and add the berry mixture to the top.
